Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order. From that point, it may take 4-15 days for items to arrive.
Each product has an estimated processing and delivery time that you can find in the product description.
Once your order(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. Just click on the link in order to check the status of your shipment.
In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but you did not receive them, please submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item (example: wrong size or colour) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you fail to notify us regarding a faulty product within 24 hours of receiving the item, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We offer personalisation on some item. Items that can be personalised will have a detailed guideline in the product description.
Please note that once you have placed an order for a personalised item, it is considered final sale and you cannot cancel, modify or return your selection.
If an item or size you have selected is not available for purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to get the item for you.
Size guides with general recommendations are available on each product page to help determine your best fit.
It may be helpful to compare the measurements to a similar garment you already own. For example, place the garment on a flat surface and take all measurements from the outside.
Orders & Payment
We can cancel your order if the item has not been shipped.
Made to order and personalised items cannot be canceled or modified. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.
We only accept one form of payment per order at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that unless the item has any damages or issues, you will be responsible for the non-refundable return shipping charges/expenses.
